Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve providing ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Troubleshoot system or application problems and identify root causes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in order to provide the best support to clients.

Assist in the development and improvement of system or application documentation.

Continuously enhance your product knowledge and technical skills to better serve clients.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Linux.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Linux Operations.

Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting in a Linux environment.

Knowledge of shell scripting and command-line tools.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.

Familiarity with network protocols and configurations.

Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
