Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful performance of the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team

Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may hinder the team's progress

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes

Experience in developing and configuring software systems

Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to the role

Hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies

Good To Have Skills:Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA

This position is based at our Pune office
