Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful delivery of software systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Manage and prioritize project tasks

Ensure timely delivery of software systems

Identify and resolve technical issues

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development

Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Gateway

Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Hands-on experience with SAP UI5 libraries and frameworks

Solid grasp of UI design principles and best practices
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A 15 years full-time education is required
