Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing application solutions, and configuring the applications to meet the specific needs of the business. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications to ensure their functionality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.- Design and develop high-quality applications based on business needs.- Configure and customize applications to meet specific requirements.- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.- Ensure the functionality and performance of applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of applications.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.- Document application design, development, and configuration processes.- Train end-users on the usage of applications.- Identify and resolve application-related issues and risks.- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).- Experience with SAP implementation projects.- Strong understanding of business processes and application requirements.- Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems.- Experience in designing and configuring SAP applications.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA.- Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development.- Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language.- Experience with SAP data migration and data integration.- Understanding of SAP security and authorization concepts. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 Years of full-time education is required.
