Summary:As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful delivery of projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and implementing effective project management practices. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Manage and oversee the execution of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.- Implement effective project management practices and methodologies.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.- Experience in delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP ERP systems.- Knowledge of supply chain management and manufacturing processes.- Experience in managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.- Ability to analyze and interpret project data to drive informed decision-making. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.- This position is based in Pune.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
