Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:5 to 8 years

What would you do?

Work in a team and use your expertise with managing contracts, reviewing the legal language and also provide insights on plugging in gaps and loopholes within the legal bindings of the contracts.This team you will be a part of works on Contact Analysis and Contract Cleansing within the Telecommunications domain and help operators and enterprises with a deep understanding of the network, enabling smarter, data-driven decisions.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and managing contracts to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimize business outcomes.

Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with industry-specific contracts, especially Telecom, Dispute Management and fundamentals of Networking

Language Skills:Proficiency in English.

Technical Skills:Experience with contract management tools, Microsoft Excel, Reporting and Data analytics

Roles and Responsibilities:

Contract Review and Analysis:Review and analyze contracts to identify key terms, conditions, and obligations.

Contract Interpretation:Interpret contract language to ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.

Risk Management:Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts, such as liability, termination, and dispute resolution.

Contract Negotiation:Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, and partners.

Contract Management:Develop and implement contract management processes to ensure timely renewals, terminations, and compliance.

Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, databases, and spreadsheets.

Reporting and Analytics:Provide regular reports and analytics on contract performance, compliance, and risk.

Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and procurement, to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
