Summary:As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes to create documentation for implementing new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Develop innovative business process solutions- Lead process improvement initiatives- Conduct process assessments and recommend improvements Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management- Strong understanding of process design and optimization- Experience in business process modeling and documentation- Knowledge of business process analysis tools- Hands-on experience in defining product requirements and use cases Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management- This position is based at our Coimbatore office- A 15 years full-time education is required
