Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications.- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Remote Logistics Management.- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP applications.- Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems.- Hands-on experience in leading application development projects. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Remote Logistics Management.- This position is based at our Indore office.- A Any Graduation min 15 yrs of full-time education is required.
