Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
Deliver in Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients
Develop relevant assets, offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management and Digital Twin and Thread areas and liase with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings
In-depth working and understanding of Product Data Management, PLM Processes and Digital Thread areas
Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams
Enable transformation in R&D utilizing the PLM capabilities by creating business processes for Package/Product design, Part Management, Bill of Material Management, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, Product Structure, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, Product Testing (qualitative & quantitative) and supplier collaboration and more
Practice Development:
Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting edge assets, tool and methodologies, development of PoVs, research, white papers, support development of Go-to-market offeringsYour experience counts!
MBA from Tier-1/Tier-2 business school.
BE/B.Tech from premier institute.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in in Dassault Systemes products with good analytical skills along with domain experience (at least one of these) in Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S), Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defence, Hi-Tech manufacturing
At least two end to end implementation experience on 3DEXPERIENCE platform ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA & BIOVIA on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of PLM, BOM, ECM, Master Data Management and Digital Thread Space
Experienced in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations
Additional PLM packages experience on Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, ARAS, SAP PLM preferred
Should have experience writing functional specifications and testing new functionalities
Experience in delivering technology guidance, proof of concepts, performed enterprise portfolio assessments, industry best practices reviews and technology leadership workshops
Experience in providing user trainings and conducting workshops for business
Certifications such as 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Essentials, ENOVIA/CATIA/DELMIA/BIOVIA brand Essentials & respective modules will be added advantage
Knowledge and exposure to advanced PLM technologies
Well-versed with PLM Modules and Capabilities across multiple industries
Good understanding of PLM and Data Management Processes
Familiar working with Multi Level and Integrated Bill of Materials
Aware of best practices in PLM Industry
Strong project management skills
Good understanding of emerging technologies in PLM Enablement, BOM, Data Management and Digital Twin/Thread areas
Project Experience on integrating PLM with cloud skills (Azure, AWS) is preferred
Be adept at collaborating in a multi-stakeholder environment handling complex digital projects engagements, preferably in a global network
Leadership skills along with strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills to nurture and inspire team membersQualifications
Experience:Minimum 12+ year(s) of experience is required
