Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead software development projects from conception to completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the quality and performance of software deliverables.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance software development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Rockwell.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.

Knowledge of MES software implementation and configuration.

Experience in developing and deploying software solutions for manufacturing environments.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A degree in Any Degree, BE, MCA, BTech, or MTech is required.
