Summary:As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts using BMC Helix ITSM. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the smooth functioning of data center technology components, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the field.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design and build data center technology components, and ensure the smooth functioning of the same.

Assist in testing efforts and ensure the quality of the data center technology components.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in the field and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong understanding of data center technology components and their functioning.

Experience in testing and ensuring the quality of data center technology components.

Solid grasp of technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.
