Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Data Cloud Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Salesforce's Customer Data Platform - Data Cloud (CDP)

The Salesforce CDP Developer should have a technical background in data modelling, customer profiling, along with a understanding of marketing and customer data concepts

Design and develop Salesforce CDP solutions to manage customer data, including data ingestion, data modelling, segmentation, profiling, generating data insights, data actions, data transformation and personalization capabilities.

Configure data integration solutions to import and synchronize customer data from various sources into the Salesforce CDP.

Design and implement data models, schemas, and configurations to support data management and segmentation within the Salesforce CDP.

Perform unit testing and support system testing, ensuring the quality and performance of the developed solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

Experience in application development using programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.

Experience in Salesforce CDP development and configuration, including data ingestion, data modelling, customer profiling, engagement, Insight CDP, Engagement CDP, segmentation, and personalization.

Brief understanding of marketing and customer data concepts, including data quality, data governance.

Knowledge of data modelling and database concepts, with hands on experience in SQL and database technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams and stakeholders. .
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
