Project Role Description :Manages the delivery of large, complex projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Measures and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Summary:As a Delivery Lead, you will oversee the delivery of large, complex projects, manage service quality and cost, and drive profitability. You will collaborate with sponsors, measure progress, and support sales with innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and Advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Provide solutions to business area problems.

Lead project teams effectively to achieve project goals.

Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery.

Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM).

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management.

Strong understanding of data management and analysis.

Experience in managing large-scale projects.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM).

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
