Invoice Processing AssistantOverall role descriptionThe person would be responsible to process the invoices allotted to him into SAP in the given time frame & with good quality. He should be able to identify and escalate the exceptions to his supervisor



What are we looking for?
Education:Work Experience:A Commerce graduate / post graduate with minimum of 1


Roles and Responsibilities: Responsibilities:?To do the first level of the quality checking of the invoices for documentation and accuracy?To identify PO & non-Po invoices and process accordingly.

To do template for LGI invoices.

To identify the problematic invoices and communicate it to the supervisor?To do the first level follow-up with the concerned requestor / vendor in case required?To process the correct invoices into SAP with the accurate information and tax treatment?Knowledge of foreign currencies & gain / loss workings?To do amortization of prepaid expenses?To maintain the accuracy in processing?To do the buddy checking of the invoices processed by the other assistants
