Summary:As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis knowledge area.

Bachelor's degree or above.

Possess the following core skills:

Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills

Understanding of system engineering concepts

The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis

Business case development

Modelling techniques and methods

Sound knowledge in Business Process Management requirements assessment and analysis.

Able to work with customer to evaluate current environments and business needs.

Able to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders.

Ability to identify the current-and future-state business processes.

Able to use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.

Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.

Delivering elements of system design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other details deliverables.

Take lead role in:

Assisting with the business case

Planning and monitoring

Eliciting requirements

Requirements organization

Translating and simplifying requirements

Requirements management and communication

Requirements analysisGood To Have Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in OpenText BPM Tools.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
