Project Role Description :Manage delivery for IT production systems and services. Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services. Provide operational support, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available.
Must have skills :Microsoft Windows Server Administration


Good to have skills :Windows Scripting, Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required

Summary:
As an IT Service Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service operations processes, including problem, change, configuration, incident, and release management. You will specialize in the delivery of one of these processes or provide management and coordination across multiple processes. Your role will contribute to the smooth functioning of IT services and ensure efficient problem resolution and service delivery.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of ITIL service operations processes.
- Ensure efficient problem resolution and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in the delivery of ITIL processes.
- Maintain documentation and records related to ITIL processes.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Windows Scripting, Microsoft Windows User Interface (UI) Design.
- Strong understanding of ITIL service operations processes.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Knowledge of server virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
