Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.

Participate in Problem Solving discussions.

Assist in managing the delivery of IT production systems and services.

Support the infrastructure service management lifecycle.

Ensure client satisfaction and manage risk to services.

Provide operational support for production systems and devices.

Ensure that systems and devices are online and available.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT service issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Critical Incident Management.

Strong understanding of IT service management principles.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes.

Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.

Ability to analyze and resolve IT service issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.

Flexible to work in night shift
