Summary:As a Solution Enablement Practitioner, you will support the Solution Architect in the solution design and approval process. You will also be responsible for providing costing, response development, and operations support. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

Design and develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Conduct solution reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with solution implementation.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Solution Architecture.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Computing.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions.

Knowledge of various integration patterns and technologies.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
