Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing client requirements, designing and implementing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Experience in Siebel EAI integrations using Webservices, VBC, JMS

Oracle Siebel Configuration, Scripting and Workflow

Siebel Order Management

Siebel Workspace Knowledge

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements.

Design and develop software solutions using Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).

Write efficient and high-quality code to implement the required functionality.

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of existing applications.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:

5+ years of experience in Siebel EAI integration using Web Services, VBC, JMS, Data Maps, Rest Services

Should have knowledge in Siebel Asset based Ordering

Oracle Siebel Configuration, Scripting and Workflow

Oracle Siebel Open UI

Knowledge in Siebel Workspace.

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience in analyzing client requirements and designing software solutions.

Proficient in writing efficient and high-quality code.

Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.

Familiarity with version control systems and code repositories.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM.

Experience with web services and API integration.

Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proven problem-solving abilities and affinity to take on complex challenges

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Application Integration (eAI).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
