Job Description




Skill required: Property & Casualty - Catastrophe Risk Management


Designation: Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst


Qualifications:Any Graduation


Years of Experience:5 to 8 years

Language - Ability:English - Advanced


What would you do?
  • Perform catastrophe risk aggregation in multi-model framework to form AIG view of the risk and work with team to provide corporate catastrophe risk report within timeline to CoE stakeholders
  • Maintain good documentation of results, issues, data quality etc and have regular dialogue with each line of business to provide feedback
  • Help with preparing the data for corporate catastrophe reinsurance submission, and with validating, reviewing and signing off of the results produced by reinsurance brokers; work with team to provide analytical support for corporate catastrophe reinsurance placement and other corporate level projects
  • Assist with rating agency reporting and regulatory filing for various AIG legal entities and strategic finance initiatives by providing catastrophe modeling analytics and quantitatively explain the year-to-year movement of the results

  • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
