Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business needs, and designing innovative solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the applications throughout the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and develop high-quality applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs.

Create technical specifications and design documents.

Ensure the integrity and efficiency of applications throughout the development process.

Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Mentor and guide junior team members.

Assist in the testing and deployment of applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary improvements.

Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with database systems such as MySQL or Oracle.

Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Angular or React.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Solid grasp of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
