Summary:As a Security Consulting Lead, you will lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions. You will assess, manage, and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes. Your typical day will involve overseeing the security consulting projects, collaborating with teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of security solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the effort and teams to enable development and implementation of proprietary and innovative security solutions.

Assess, manage and ensure compliance to risk reducing behaviors and processes.

Oversee the security consulting projects and ensure successful delivery of security solutions.

Collaborate with teams to develop and implement effective security strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), UNIX Shell Scripting, Mainframe DevOps.

Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

Experience in designing and implementing security solutions.

Knowledge of security frameworks and standards.

Familiarity with security tools and technologies.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud security.

Recommendation:Familiarity with network security protocols and technologies.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
