Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. With your expertise in SAP BASIS Administration, you will contribute to the stability and performance of the applications, ensuring seamless operations for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.

Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

Contribute to the stability and performance of applications through SAP BASIS Administration.

Additional responsibility 1:Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team.

Additional responsibility 2:Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay updated with industry trends.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration.

Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration principles and best practices.

Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.

Knowledge of SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience in SAP system troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Familiarity with SAP transport management and system landscape design.

Solid grasp of SAP security concepts and user administration.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
