What would you do?
Managing the Civil discipline Team assigned to one or more projects.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or master's degree in civil engineering.
Roles and Responsibilities: Managing the Civil discipline Team assigned to one or more projects.Taking the responsibilities of the Deliverables assigned to the Civil Team.Managing the inter discipline approval for civil discipline.Provide the comments to other disciplines for deliverables having interconnection with the civil discipline (e.g.:plant lay out, pipe routing, electrical substation locations, etc). Coordination with other engineering disciplines, such as process, mechanical, and electrical, to ensure integration and compatibility of design elements. Validating the accuracy and completeness of the data as per client data requirement standards Work with project teams and technical lead to understand business requirements and design specifications. Liaise with the IT team and infrastructure to ensure deliverables are not hampered and collaborate with engineers to develop appropriate solutions to meet client and project requirements.Ensure the compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in civil and structural engineering.Coordinate and manage the execution of the following activities within the civil engineering team:Design and analysis of civil and structural components for oil and gas facilities, including platforms, refineries, pipelines, and storage tanks.Preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations for civil and structural elements.Structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures, ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes and standards.Soil investigation and geotechnical analysis to determine foundation design parameters.Design and analysis of foundation systems, including shallow foundations, deep foundations, and pile foundations.Prepare Site Preparation Drawings showing roads, bridges, culverts, dikes, parking area, railroad spurs, sewers, fences and gates (including cut and fill balance). Prepare cut and fill plan for site development. Development of construction methodologies and procedures for civil and structural works.Review and approval of civil and structural deliverables from subcontractors and vendors.Preparation of technical specifications and evaluation of bids for civil and structural works.Management of civil and structural engineering projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and scheduling.Collaboration with procurement and supply chain departments for the selection and sourcing of civil and structural materials.
