Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:Person should have advanced technical skills and provide Level 2 & 3 technical support for issues related to M365 Services.Support M365 applications including Exchange online, MS Teams, Onedrive, SharePoint, Exchange on-prem environment. Develop and document best practices for supporting O365 application & assist with developing appropriate support model.Knowledge on Automation scripting & Migration.Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with a team.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Proactively identify and resolve software-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system problems.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems.

Implement software patches and upgrades to enhance system performance.

Provide training and support to end-users on software applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Experience in software patch management and upgrades.

Knowledge of ITIL framework for incident and problem management.

Familiarity with SQL databases and queries.Certifications:MS101, MS102, AZ900Experience with other cloud-based solutions and services.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Microsoft 365.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
