Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure effective analysis and design of new business processes.

Create documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies.

Define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements.

Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Contribute to the growth and success of the organization through your expertise and leadership.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with business process analysis and design.

Strong understanding of business process management principles and methodologies.

Experience in defining product requirements and use cases.

Knowledge of process and functional requirements gathering techniques.

Ability to analyze and document business processes and workflows.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Leadership abilities to effectively manage and guide a team.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
