Project Role :Software Development Lead


Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Must have skills :Asset Performance Management (APM)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the business problems and processes of the clients, and create functional solution of the same
  • Responsible for providing functional consulting in HSE / PSM areas and be able to showcase credible hands-on experience in key HSE processes like Incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs/HAZIDs, Product safety, workplace safety processes, risk management, governances and HSE management systems
  • Experience of estimating, leading, delivering AMS support projects
  • Excellent problem identifying and troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
  • Create and manage business process workflows, detailed design and required documentation for successful implementation of the applications.
  • Manage and develop excellent Client relationships. Coordinate and liaison with various client stakeholders to ensure stakeholder alignment during the project lifecycle
  • Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around the recent and upcoming trends and technologies in APM space
  • Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment
  • Should be open to travel in and outside the country
  • Responsible for providing technical and functional solutioning and support to application like Engica Q4, Permit To work system,
  • Responsible for providing technical and functional solutioning and support to Asset Performance Management solution like – GE/Meridium or IBM Maximo, Honeywell APM, AVEVA Prism
  • Working knowledge of MSSQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports, Power BI.
    Technical Experience:
  • Total number of years of experience -12 to18 years
  • Experience in conducting design thinking workshops, collating functional requirements for clients, and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a industry role in client support project
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a team leading role. Consulting experience will be of advantage (though not mandatory)
  • The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for delivering consulting engagements
  • Experience in Oil and Gas process domain is an added advantage
  • Experience in MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint, MS-Word is mandatory.
  • Deep functional understanding of workplace safety, process safety and HSE management systems and processes.

  • Engineering Degree :IT/Chemica/Mechanical
