Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Talend ETL. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Talend ETL solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring that project goals are achieved and that stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience with Talend ETL.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other ETL tools such as Informatica or DataStage.

Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Strong understanding of software development best practices and standards. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Talend ETL.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
