Summary:As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in designing software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements. Your day will involve collaborating with the team to ensure successful software configuration and customization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Ensure effective communication within the team

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges

Identify and address any issues or roadblocks faced by the team
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management

Strong understanding of HR processes and compensation management

Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules

Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll would be beneficial
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation

This position is based at our Bengaluru office

A 15 years full-time education is required
