As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to develop and maintain Java Full Stack applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Java Full Stack applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure that all software development practices are in compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring that they are able to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Java Full Stack Development
- Good To Have Skills:Python (Programming Language)
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with software development tools such as Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.
