Summary:As a Content Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing content for marketing campaigns and programs, directing content strategy, and providing communications guidance to senior leadership and program teams. Your day will involve creating engaging content and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective communication strategies are implemented.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Develop innovative content for marketing campaigns

Lead content strategy development

Offer communications guidance to senior leadership and program teams
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL)

Strong understanding of content development processes

Experience in creating engaging and impactful content

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL)

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
