Summary:As an Application Developer in Front End Development, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the success of our projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Design and develop high-quality software applications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Implement customizations and enhancements to meet client needs.

Perform unit testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Assist in the documentation of application design, development, and deployment processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.

Experience in creating and managing email templates, journeys, and automations.

Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.

Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
