Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. This includes analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization by leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials and your strong problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Design and implement new business processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on system functionalities and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials.

Strong understanding of financial management processes and best practices.

Experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.

Knowledge of integration points between Oracle Cloud Financials and other modules/systems.

Experience in conducting system testing and supporting user acceptance testing.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
