Summary:As a Technology Architect, you will review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements. You will also review and integrate the technical architecture requirements, providing input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security. Your typical day will involve analyzing and understanding application requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key decisions to ensure the successful integration of technical architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand application requirements.

Manage and lead the team to ensure successful integration of technical architecture.

Make key decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and security.

Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for application integration.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.

Strong understanding of application integration requirements and best practices.

Experience in reviewing and integrating functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements.

Knowledge of hardware, network products, system software, and security.

Experience in analyzing and understanding application requirements.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO EMS.

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance application architectures.

Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.

This position is based at our Pune office.
