Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Be the bridge between clients and technical solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.

Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

Document and maintain technical support processes and procedures.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Cloud Infrastructure.

Strong understanding of database management and optimization.

Experience in implementing and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure services and deployment.

Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
