Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. Your typical day will involve providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform

Responsible for team decisions

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications

Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters

Manage and coordinate the activities of the development team

Ensure successful project delivery within the defined timelines

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Perform code reviews and provide guidance to the team

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Java

Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites

Experience in designing and developing applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites

Knowledge of Java programming language

Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with version control systems such as Git

Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites

This position is based at our Bengaluru office
