Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients throughout the product lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Lead the team in developing and configuring software systems.- Provide guidance and support to team members.- Ensure timely delivery of projects.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in PTC ThingWorx.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.- Experience in end-to-end software system development.- Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to software development.- Hands-on experience in configuring software systems.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in PTC ThingWorx.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
