Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into process designs.- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.- Design and document new business processes and workflows.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and integration.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.- Experience in defining product requirements and use cases.- Knowledge of user and task analysis techniques.- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with business process automation tools.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
