Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. You will also contribute to key decisions and ensure the successful execution of software development projects.

Responsible for team decisions

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

Lead the software development process

Ensure the successful execution of software development projects

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes

Experience in developing and configuring software systems

Knowledge of technologies and applications relevant to software development

Hands-on experience with software development tools and frameworks

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)

This position is based at our Jaipur office

A 15 years full-time education is required
