Summary:
  • High-level technical expertise in infrastructure technologies primary Linux supporting Serviceguard, RHEL HA, Oracle Linux environments
  • Pacemaker
  • Proven experience on Linux infrastructure migration from On-Premise to Cloud environment
  • Linux Red Hat OS deployment-
  • Ansible
  • Cloud:Microsoft Azure
  • Automation:Shell script, powershell, json, perl, python Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform proactive monitoring to identify and provide resolution to issues
  • Work in partnership to both local partners and services providers to maintain and improve standards, policies and procedures
  • Leverage Linux Operations utilization to automate key processes and improve efficiency
  • Participate with Service Provider partners in the planning and design of services and systems
  • Represent Delivery & Optimization team in projects and initiatives from different teams and stakeholders
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders on following-up reports (technical findings, feedback, resolution steps taken) for Root Cause Analysis, engineering technical assessment and process improvement initiatives;
