Project Role Description :Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

ROLEResponsible for assisting with the ITIL Quality Assurance process. This includes operating the defined and agreed Incident, and Change QA process, ensuring it interfaces with all other relevant processes, setting targets and reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, performing process audits, and assisting with managing the QA process improvement cycle.Responsibilities
Assist with deploying the IQA and CRQA process and related methods and Quality Assurance design.
In coordination with the Quality Assurance Manager and ITIL/Service Management leader this role assists with the description, mission statement, roadmap, strategy, process objectives, and metrics to measure success and obtain formal approval for the incident and change request quality assurance process and its associated procedures
Interfaces with other processes and/or business functions to ensure processes are put in place to capture data, information, and knowledge and leverage benefits provided by the quality assurance process.
Audits and manages the quality assurance process lifecycle and reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and ITIL/Service Management leader.
Schedules and Manages Quality Assurance Continual Improvement meetings.
Evaluates performance metrics against the defined critical success factors and institute actions to correct shortcomings or further streamline the process as necessary.
Report Quality Assurance activities to the Quality Assurance Manager and ITIL/Service Management leader.
Produce management reports and maintain applicable dashboards.
Responsible for providing global training on the Quality Assurance process\policy.Regular Tasks

Interface with teams to ensure proper understanding of the Quality Assurance process.
Quality assurance checks specifically for Incidents, Change Requests, and Service Requests.
Add\Review\Test Continual Improvement Items.
Update\Approval Service Management KBA's as needed.
Weekly
Quality Assurance Reporting
Monthly
Quality Assurance and Incident Managements Stats (Monthly PowerPoint)
Update Accomplishments for the month and upcoming goals

Provide Change Approval Support Coverage when needed.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSExperience using the ServiceNow Incident and Service Request SystemITIL 4 Foundational TrainingSelf-starter and independent thinker.Strong ability to interface between teams and understand business processes.PREFERRED SKILLS2 Years of ServiceNow ExperienceIncident and Service Request Management ExperienceExperience providing group training.Proven experience liaising between business areas.ITIL continual improvement experienceReport and Dashboard design creation experience in ServiceNow.
