Summary:As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, utilizing our method, tools, training, and assets. Your role will involve managing and coordinating the delivery team, collaborating with multiple teams, and making key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring the successful delivery of security services projects.We are seeking a skilled Network Security lead who have extensive experience on Cisco ASA Firewall , Mcafee Web Gateway and PaloAlto firewall. Security lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network security solutions with a focus on Cisco ASA, PaloAlto, PaloAlto Prisma (SASE, ZTNA) and Mcafee Web Gateway appliances. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in firewall and Proxy administration, VPN configuration, and network traffic analysis, and will work to ensure the organizations network remains secure and compliant with security protocols.Role and Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco ASA, PaloAlto firewalls, PaloAlto Prisma (SASE, ZTNA) and Mcafee Web Gateway Proxy to secure the enterprise network.

Implement and manage site-to-site and remote access VPN solutions.

Monitor and analyze network traffic for potential security threats using ASA, PaloAlto And mcafee security features like Access Control Lists (ACLs), Network Address Translation (NAT), and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).

Maintain and upgrade firewall software and hardware, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for firewall-related incidents and escalations.

Document firewall policies, configurations, and changes, and maintain detailed logs for audit and compliance purposes.

Collaborate with the IT and security teams to design and implement network security improvements.

Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and Cisco ASA, PaloAlto and Mcafee features to recommend and implement appropriate security controls.

Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for firewall management.

Cisco ASA firewalls, PaloAlto and Mcafee Web Gateway Proxy

IDS/IPS, AWS Cloud Security, Cisco Iron Port, EDR-SentinalOneProfessional & technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

6+ years of hands-on experience managing Cisco ASA, PaloAlto firewalls and Mcafee Web Gateway Proxy.

Strong knowledge of network security concepts, including firewall , Proxy management, VPN, ACLs, NAT, and IPS.

Experience with firewall rule creation, troubleshooting, and log analysis.

Familiarity with Cisco, PaloAlto & Mcafee security technologies, such as Cisco AnyConnect, Firepower, and ASDM.

Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and Layer 2/Layer 3 network devices.

Relevant certifications (such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security) are desirable.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
