Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Ensure the successful delivery of projects by coordinating with stakeholders and managing the development team.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.

Participate actively in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.

Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the application development process. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Spring Boot.

- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

- Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
