Summary:As a Mobilization Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mobilization process for new projects. You will work closely with the project team to ensure a smooth transition from the planning phase to the execution phase. Your role will involve organizing resources, setting up project timelines, and communicating with stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are set up for success and that all necessary preparations are made before the project begins.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Coordinate and manage the mobilization process for new projects.

Organize resources and set up project timelines.

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from planning to execution phase.

Collaborate with the project team to identify and address any potential issues or risks.

Ensure all necessary preparations are made before the project begins. Professional & Technical Skills:
