Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to analyze business requirements, designing and developing applications, and configuring them to meet the specific needs of the organization. You will also be responsible for ensuring the applications are aligned with the overall business strategy and delivering high-quality solutions to meet customer expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Design and build applications based on business requirements.

Configure applications to meet specific needs of the organization.

Ensure applications are aligned with the overall business strategy.

Deliver high-quality solutions to meet customer expectations. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

Experience in designing and developing applications.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++.

Familiarity with database management systems.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies.

Recommendation:Familiarity with cloud technologies. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.
