Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Apache Hadoop. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Apache Hadoop, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Apache Hadoop and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Apache Hadoop.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in related technologies such as Apache Spark, Hive, and Pig.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Experience in leading and managing teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Additional Information:
