Summary:As a Pega Platform Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Pega Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and configure Pega applications to meet business process and application requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and test plans.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Pega Platform development, and apply them to improve the quality and efficiency of solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Pega Platform development.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.- Experience with Java, J2EE, and other programming languages.- Experience with relational databases and SQL.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega Platform development.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
