Summary:As an Industry Subject Matter Advisor, you will work closely with client project teams to provide expertise in functional, technical, industry, tools/methods to ensure successful solution design and delivery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with client project teams to understand their requirements and provide expert advice.

Assist in solution design and delivery by leveraging your functional and technical expertise.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior professionals to help them grow in their roles.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other middleware technologies such as WebLogic or IBM WebSphere.

Strong understanding of middleware administration principles and best practices.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving middleware-related issues.

Knowledge of security and performance optimization in middleware environments.

Ability to configure and manage various components of Oracle Fusion Middleware.

Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell or Python.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
