Project Role :Quality Engineer (Tester)


Project Role Description :Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

As a quality tester, they need to have strong experience in Life Insurance. They should have good problem solving and investigative skills, and the ability to understand complex business scenarios and how to translate them into functional tests. Responsibilities include having functional knowledge, script writing, scripting, execution, and troubleshooting. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Experience in Individual life insurance / ALIP(Accenture Life Insurance platform) is mandatoryB. Testing and Life and annuities backgroundC. Should be independently able to write test scripts and have good experience in manual testingD. Good analytical and debugging skillsE. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environmentF. LOMA certification is an added advantageG. Basic C and java knowledge is an added advantage Professional ExperienceA:around 3 yrs experience in manual TestingB:Worked on Life Annuity Product/Individual life productC:Good Communication Skills B:Good Analytical and Debugging Skills, Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environmentD:Needs to have proactive attitude, willing to work with different teams across Projects as required
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in complex software systems.

Life & Annuity Insurance experience is a plus

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
