Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead for Program Control Services, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services, ensuring adherence to standard tools, methodologies, and processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of program/project outcomes.- Develop and maintain program/project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.- Monitor and report on program/project status, progress, and performance, utilizing appropriate metrics and reporting tools.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies, procedures, and standards, including security, privacy, and data protection requirements.
